factory.  We are able to offer wholesale cabinet pricing because we don't have the overhead of 
 
your local showroom, which results in huge savings.   When you purchase online through us, you 
 
can feel comfortable knowing you are dealing with cabinet professionals, with the experience

2. Q2: Do the cabinets come assembled?

 

 
A2:  We offer both manufacturer assembled cabinets and ready to assemble cabinets(RTA). The 
 
assembled cabinets allow you to open the boxes and install right to the walls, the RTA 
 
cabinets require approximately 10-20 minutes of assembly time for each cabinet.


3. Q3: How are SHANGJU's ready to assemble cabinets put together?

 

A3: SHANGJU's RTA cabinets are assembled with just a screw-gun, wood glue, and optionally a 
 
staple gun for additional support. Our Newport, Richmond, Villa Cherry, Cherrville, and Sierra 
 
door styles are assembled with cam-locks which is a very simple and popular method of 
 
assembly. All our other cabinetry are assembled with pre-mounted metal locking plates 
 
installed to the wood panels, so assembling is as simple as sliding the locking plates over 
 
the corresponding L-bracket, and fastening with screws in the pre-drilled holes. This method 
 
of assembly is not only simple, but provides a very durable, strong cabinet. For video

together step-by-step videos showing the process.


4. Q4: Where do you ship?

 

A4: We ship to the global markets. We can also ship to a freight forwarding company of your 
 
choice. For more information on this process, please contact our customer service department.
 


5. Q5: How much does shipping cost?

 

A5: Your shipping price is based on your order and location.  For your convenience, we have 
 
integrated an automatic shipping calculator on the shopping cart checkout screen.  Simply 
 
select the cabinets and accessories you are interested in purchasing and enter your delivery 
 
address information for an instant shipping rate. 


6. Q6: How long does it take to receive my cabinets?

 

 
A6: According to the kitchen cabinets you buy and the quantity you need. We have kept our 
 
promises to delivery the products to our clients in time.


7. Q7: How do I order cabinets on GZSJJJ.com?

 

A7: First step:  Select your door style
    Second step: Select cabinetry and pieces and proceed to checkout
    Third step:  Select the hardware you like and tell us the number
    Fourth step: Send the details to our mailbox
 


8. Q8: What if my cabinets are shipped damaged or items are missing?

 

 
A8: Every effort is made to ensure that your items arrive undamaged. Unfortunately, on occasion 
 
there are conditions beyond our control that can cause damage during shipping.   Customer will 
 
be given a bill of lading that you are responsible to check off to ensure that you have 
 
received all of your items prior to signing off on the delivery.  If at the time of delivery, 
 
you have any missing item(s) you must indicate this on the freight company's bill of lading in 
 
order to process a claim. Missing item claims will not be honored if the specific missing 
 
item(s) was not indicated on the bill of lading at the time of the delivery.  Also at the time 
 
of delivery if you notice any visible damage, document the damage on the freight company's 
 
bill of lading.  If you suspect that there might be concealed damaged, please note that on the 
 
bill of lading as well.  If any problems were indicated on the bill of lading, please contact 
 
us at shangju3688@hotmail.com to inform of us of the problem. All claims must be made within 7 days 
 
of the delivery or they will not be honored. SHANGJU is only responsible for providing 
 
replacement parts/items, we will not be able to reimburse any additional labor costs incurred 
 
by the customer to repair or replace damaged items.


9. Q9: Do you offer soft close hinge doors?

 

A: Yes - Soft close door hinge hardware are available as an upgrade, and are available either 
 
installed or separately for an additional charge per door. To add this feature to your cabinet 
 
order, follow your online order with an email to shangju3688@hotmail.com or contact our customer 
 
service department.


10. Q10: Do you offer soft close drawers?

 

 
A10: Yes - Soft close drawers are standard on many of our door styles. This information is 
 
listed on the cabinet specifications for each door style. If the door style you are interested 
 
in does not have soft close drawers standard, it may be available for an upgrade. Please 
 
contact our customer service department for more information.


11. Q11: Do your cabinets come with a warranty?

 

 
A11: SHANGJU warrants its cabinetry to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period 
 
of five years for the following door styles; Country Oak Classic, Honey, Cherry Glaze, 
 
Cinnamon Glaze, Santa Fe, Shakertown, Pepper Shaker, Ice White Shaker, Sienna Rope, Sandstone 
 
Rope, New Yorker, Wave Hill, Tribecca, Oasis, and Pacifica. Kitchen Cabinet Kings warrants its 
 
cabinetry to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year for the 
 
following door styles; Carolina Oak, Spice Maple, Savannah, Chestnut Pillow, and Mocha Shaker 
 
This warranty does not cover the natural aging or darkening of wood color, the inherent growth 
 
characteristics of, or variation in wood. Some replacement parts are subject to availability 
 
and may be different than those originally supplied. This warranty does not apply to products 
 
or parts purchased without a finish. This warranty does not cover wear and tear, damage or 
 
defects caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, non-residential use, or improper 
 
installation, storage, or handling.
 
To the extent permitted by law, this warranty does not cover special, incidental or 
 
consequential damages (such as labor expenses in uninstalling or installing any material or 
 
parts) whether arising out of breach of warranty, breach of contract, tort, or otherwise. Some 
 
states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so 
 
the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
 


12. Q12: How are the cabinets shipped?

 

 
A12: All cabinets and pieces are individually packaged in protected cartons. They are packed on 
 
pallets and delivered to your door via a common carrier. The common carriers are equipped with 
 
a liftgate (a steel elevator-like platform at the end of the truck) which is used to lower the 
 
merchandise off the truck down to the street level.


13. Q13: Do you offer contractor discounts?

 

A13: Yes - Our Commercial Buyer Program provides discounted cabinet pricing to contractors,

14. Q14: Are SHANGJU's cabinetry KCMA certified?

 

A14: Yes - Many of Kitchen Cabinet Kings's available cabinetry are KCMA certified. For more 
 
information on what this certification entails, please see our KCMA Certification page. 


15. Q15: Do Kitchen Cabinet King's cabinetry comply with California Air Resources Board's (CARB) emissions standard?

 

 
A15: Yes - Many of Kitchen Cabinet King's cabinetry are CARB 2 compliant by meeting or exceeding 
 
standard CARB threshold limit tests against harmful emissions, including formaldehyde. 


16. Q16: If I order a door sample, how long does it take and what exactly am I receiving?

 

A16: All door samples ship via Fed-Ex, standard lead time is 3-6 days. SHANGJU's cabinet door 
 
samples are a sink base mini cabinet front, which are comprised of the door/drawer attached to 
 
the face frame of the cabinet. Ordering door samples is an excellent way to see the quality of 
 
our cabinets, and to visualize how the cabinet door finish/style work in your h
ome.


17. Q17: Do you offer kitchen design service?

 

A17: Yes - We offer free kitchen design service. Our NKBA certified design staff will design a 
 
functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen lay-out, and we will provide you with 3D 
 
renderings of your kitchen, and a total quote for your order via email. Typically turn around 
 
time for kitchen design completion is within 24 hours. Kitchen Design revisions are not
